I have three open positions on my team and am actively seeking RSOB candidates. We have had much success with our previous RSOB candidates, and are hoping that each of you can help us find more through marketing these positions to your students, and referring any students that you feel might be a good fit. If you do have any interested candidates, please e-mail their resume directly to me at jtstrassburg@directsupply.net , they can also visit our careers website at http://www.directsupplycareers.com for all our open positions. I appreciate all the help that each of you can provide, if there’s anything Direct Supply can do for each of you, please let us know! Here’s a brief description of each position:

Reporting Services Analyst – full-time position that is responsible for defining, creating, and presenting enterprise reports to our internal and external candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a passion for data and its ability to help business users make better decisions. This position will be working extensively with SQL and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services. We’re willing to train the right person that doesn’t have the technical skills, but does have a passion for data.

Reporting Services Intern – same as above, just in an internship capacity

Operational Sciences Intern – a very broad internship, but we’re looking for someone who can seamlessly research and integrate new technologies into our business. This intern would be responsible for pushing some of our latest business to business integration technologies such as BizTalk, and would also be working extensively with SharePoint, InfoPath, and the MS Office suite developing automation solutions.

We are looking for a candidate that is very skilled in Project Management for the attached job description of Technical Solutions Project Coordinator. While I didn’t take your Project Management course, I consistently get feedback from students that this is a very challenging class that really requires them to put Project Management skills to use in practical business settings. Do you have any high caliber students from this class that also have a technical background that you could talk to about Direct Supply and this position? We greatly appreciate you taking the time to help Direct Supply out, and as always, please let us know if we can do anything to assist you. Thanks much!
